About the Course

Cabe Academy offers you the very best Online Irish Dancing Course. All lessons are recorded in our very own state of the art studio in Dublin. You will learn how to take your very first steps in Irish dance, basic technique, and how to perform the dances by way of video demonstration. All lessons are through short easy to follow videos that are suitable for all ages, and only a very basic understanding of English is necessary. For level 1, you will learn the beginner reel, beginner light jig, beginner single jig and beginner slip jig.

About the Teachers

Aisling and David McCabe were the principal dancers and dance captains in Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance for over 15 years. Having travelled all over the world through Irish Dance, they are ready to pass on all they know to the next generation. They have 7 years experience in teaching, and specialise in teaching students with no prior dance experience.

The Academy launched in September 2013. Teaching excellence in traditional Irish Dance in a fun and interesting way. As we like to say "teaching the FUNdamentals of Dance". At Cabe Academy we believe in educating and training our students, whilst instilling a love of dance.
